Location Information
Because the driveway is one lane, please be cautious and watch for drivers coming from the opposite direction. The entrance to the Center is at the front of our residence. Enter through the double burgundy doors. Please do not wander on the porch area. Upon entering the foyer, remove your footwear and coat. Proceed down the stairs to the waiting room and complete your initial or follow-up forms and prepare your payment (payment is due before your session).
From Eastern Massachusetts, Maine and New Hampshire
Take Interstate 93 to Interstate 89 (North); exit at Exit 1 (Woodstock/Rutland). Take a left onto US Route 4 (West) and follow through Woodstock and past the Killington area. (Route 4 winds through Rutland — Route 4W/Route 7S — stay on; Route 4 splits off Route 4W/Route 7S after the Holiday Inn. Stay on Route 4 West for about 17 miles). Exit at Exit 2 – Fair Haven (Route 22A); take a right* heading North (towards Vergennes).
Longer Scenic Route (by 5 miles)
Continue for 7.3 miles until you see the sign for Benson. Take a left onto Lake Road. In about .7 of a mile, you will come to Stage Road (the first four-way intersection – Wheel Inn Restaurant is on the right and the General Store across the street). Continue straight on Lake Road for 1.1 miles. The first street on the left is Park Hill Road (a gravel road — there may not be a street sign). Take the left and continue for 2.7 miles. The Lenair Healing Center is on the left side of the road, a green farmhouse set back in the field (there are two light green barns/sheds with burgundy trim at the end of the driveway).
Shorter Route
Continue north on 22A for 2.7 miles. On the right, you’ll see a sign for West Haven 3 miles. Take that left onto Main Road. Continue for 2.5 miles (you’ll go past Stage Road), until Best Road on the right. Take Best Road for 1.3 miles (it becomes Park Hill Road but no visible sign in that area). The Lenair Healing Center is on the right side of the road, a green farmhouse set back in the field (there are two light green barns/sheds with burgundy trim at the end of the driveway).

Travel 12 miles into Fort Ann, N.Y. Turn left onto Route 4 East, crossing into Vermont. At Exit 2 Fair Haven, turn left* onto Route 22A; continue North (heading towards Vergennes). Proceed to either Longer Scenic Route or Shorter Route above.
From Northern Vermont, Canada
Take US Route 7 South to VT-22A (in Vergennes). Go South (Route 22A). Just past Route 144 (about one mile), take a right at Lake Road (sign for Benson on left on Route 22A).
